Support
Email hello@healthsome.io and a person will answer. It is the same address for a bug, a question, a refund, or a request to see or delete what we hold.

Please do not send screenshots of anything private. What you log is encrypted and we cannot read it, so a description of the problem is more useful to us than the data.
A new phone is asking for a recovery phrase
That is the app working as intended. Your entries are encrypted with a key only your devices hold, and your 12-word recovery phrase is what unwraps that key somewhere new. Your email and password sign you in; they cannot decrypt anything on their own.
If you still have a signed-in device, you can approve the new one from it instead. If the phrase is lost and no device is left signed in, the entries cannot be recovered, by us or by anyone. That is the cost of us not holding the key.
Apple Health is not syncing
Open Account, then App Settings, then Apple Health Sync under Integrations, and check the metrics you want. iOS grants each one separately, and a permission refused the first time can only be granted again in the Health app itself, under Sharing, then Apps.
Healthsome only reads from Apple Health. It never writes to it, and nothing in the app requires the connection.
Subscriptions, restoring, and refunds
The subscription is billed by Apple. Manage or cancel it in Settings on your iPhone, under your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the renewal and leaves the rest of the paid period in place.
If a purchase did not unlock the app, or you signed in on a new device, tap Restore Purchases on the subscription screen. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, though we are happy to help you get there.
Exporting or deleting your account
Both live in the app, under Account, then App Settings. Export Data writes out everything you have logged, decrypted on your device. Delete Account removes your entries, trackers, routines, reminders and journal from our servers, along with your sign-in identity. It cannot be undone, so export first if you want a copy.
Deleting the app alone does not delete the account. If you cannot reach the app, email us and we will do it for you.
